Can Vidu make 4K video?
Yes. Generating from a photo runs Vidu Q4, which goes up to 2K and 4K. Raise the resolution in the generator and the price moves with it, so drafting at 540P and finishing at 4K is the cheap way to work. A prompt with no photo runs Q3 Pro, which tops out at 1080P.
Can I use reference images with Vidu?
Yes. Add up to 12 reference images and the generation switches to Vidu Q4 reference-to-video, which keeps a character or product consistent across the clip. Reference mode runs 3–16 seconds up to 4K, in 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4 or 1:1, at the same per-second price as generating from a photo.
